Haigu Biotech (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. was founded on October 12, 2019 in Nanjian County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province;

September 28, 2021

We launched the Industrial Hemp Flower and Leaf Extraction Project for CBD in the Development and Reform Bureau of Nanjian Yi Autonomous County on September 28, 2021;

March 18, 2022

We were granted the right to use state-owned construction land by the Natural Resources Bureau of Nanjian Yi Autonomous County on March 18, 2022;

March 30, 2022

We obtained the construction land planning permit from the Natural Resources Bureau of Nanjian Yi Autonomous County on March 30, 2022;

April 19, 2022

The construction of our factory commenced on April 19, 2022 in Anding Industrial Park, Nanjian Yi Autonomous County;

June 22, 2022

We received the approval of the environmental impact assessment report from the Ecological Environment Bureau of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture on June 22, 2022;

July 27, 2022

We were granted the construction engineering construction permit on July 27, 2022 from the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Nanjian Yi Autonomous County;

September 25, 2022

The topping-out ceremony was held on September 25, 2022;

June 30, 2023

The trial production began on June 30, 2023.;

October 28, 2023

Our offices and comprehensive R&D buildings was put into use on October 28, 2023;

January 3, 2024

We were granted the real estate ownership certificate and the industrial hemp processing license of Yunnan Province on January 3, 2024.
